9th August 2007
Sunday September 9th 2007 will see hundreds compete in the annual Trihard Triathalon over Helvellyn.
The day will include:
- 1 mile swim in Ullswater - One of England's most beautiful lakes.
- 38 miles cycle - including the Kirkstone Pass.
- 8 miles run up Helvellyn - 3118 feet (England's 3rd highest peak .....only 75 feet less than the highest).
