Please note that this is a generic course registration form so include as many details about the course as possible.  We will contact you to confirm your place on the course. We can not accept any financial transactions over the internet at the moment, so if a fee is required we will forward you an invoice or contact Michelle Young with your school cost centre number.

This form is only to register for courses where Cumbria Sport Partnership is the contact.  To register on other courses please contact the relevant person as stated on the course information.
