If you are a club or organisation who has received a letter from Cumbria Sport to be part of the new Countywide Sports Club database you are in the right place.
You can download a blank template below for you to complete with up to date contacts, this will allow us to keep the right person in your club informed about developments in sport.
Once you have completed the form, please can you e-mail it to michelle.young@cumbriacc.gov.uk .
Once we have received your Club's up to date details we will send out the exclusive Cumbria Sport Club Development USB Pendrive.
