I lead on the partnerships business operations functions, these include ensuring that we have efficient budgetary planning and monitoring systems in place; leading on recruitment of new staff and staffing issues; responsibility for the monitoring of the performance of the partnership including the colation of performance indicator data; providing compliance information to funding partners; attracting sponsorship and negotiating partnership agreements with local and regional companies, as well as responsibility for the delivery of the partnerships two main events, namely the Cumbria Youth Games and the Cumbria Sports Awards.
